I've been running from one end of the Loire Valley in France for the past week, tasting fantastic wines, including my favorite Memetou Salon, and eating lots of very elegant and rich foods. I'm exhausted!
One of the dinners consisted of beef cheeks with a slab of fois gras on top. Oh yes! It was very, very tasty.

I had heard that the stained glass windows in the church are magnificent and indeed they are.
Unfortunately the labyrinth was covered with chairs so I couldn't do a walk but I stood in the middle of the mandala and did a short meditation and said a few prayers, feeling magical energy all around me.
